I had the honor of photographing a charity golf tournament last week, put on by Windermere Real Estate Company and Windermere NW, which comprises 11 offices in Greater Seattle. The event, held at Inglewood Golf Club, raised money for the Windermere Foundation, a 501©(3) nonprofit organization, which raises and distributes funds to support low-income and homeless assistance programs for families (parent/s or legal guardian/s with one or more child(ren) under the age of 18 in their care) throughout the Western United States. Public schools, colleges and vocational schools are also eligible for funding.
What a FUN day it was. All of the people participating were amazing. Seriously. I’ve never seen anything like it. On a chilly and rainy day, they had a huge turnout of people who were kind, warm-hearted, generous, and fun to be around. Endless smiles and laughter were abundant throughout the day. Over $20,000 was raised that day for children, families, and schools.
Here are a few shots of fun times, close calls, and some humor, too.
I’m so grateful to have been invited to be a part of this.
If you’d like to see all of the photos, an angel named Karen Peterson, put together a slideshow on YouTube of the event.
Have a great weekend, everyone! May it be filled with smiles, laughter, and joy.
