February Arts Walk – Pioneer Square

I was happy to make it out to the February Arts Walk tonight in Pioneer Square and see the work of many talented Seattle artists.  The difficult part of the Arts Walk is choosing which galleries to visit in a given month because it is impossible to see them all in the allotted time.  The wonderful part is that you can’t go wrong, no matter where you go.  Great stuff everywhere!   Here is a small portion of my little journey tonight, including a couple of things I spotted along the way.

Gallery 110’s 5th Annual Juried Exhibition . . .

Method Gallery, exhibit entitled “TEXTure:  Visual Artists and Poets Create”

Sherman Alexie with Lia Hall & Cedar Mannan of Noble Neon
Daemond Arrindell with Maura Donegan
Jeannine Hall Gailey with Carol Milne

Suzanne Tidwell‘s studio . . . W_Arts-Walk_07

Soil Gallery . . . W_Arts-Walk_08

Axis Pioneer Square Gallery, featuring Gage Academy of Art . . . W_Arts-Walk_09

A little Beast Mode on the walk home . . .

My beautiful, beautiful Pioneer Square . . . W_Pioneer-SquareMy photos do not do justice to the incredible work that is out there to see.  Please, do yourself a favor and go visit your local art galleries and support the arts.
